I work primarily with sellers these days. The reasons most of my recent clients chose to sell their Moraga homes were to pursue job opportunities, embark on new ventures, or just start the next phase of their lives. Quite a few are leaving California altogether.
It's easy to forget or take for granted the natural wonders that the Golden State offers.
Recently, I spent a couple of days on the Sonoma coast, just a 90-minute drive away (with a quick stop at Wildflower Bakery, which was so worth it - see below!). The blue skies, rolling waves, and beautiful wildflowers filled my soul.
