Nothing says fall to me like college football and I had the chance to see my favorite team as they played Notre Dame earlier this month. Their fans were great and the campus was beautiful. Seeing "Touchdown Jesus" in person was super fun for me :)
Generally we have another bump in real estate activity in the fall (after our typically slow late summer months) and lots of new listings have been hitting the market. Buyers have choices and smart sellers are adjusting their expectations and factoring the true cost of their homes in their pricing. As interest rates increase, I am noticing more adjustable rate mortgages and I am hearing of more creative financing tactics.

San Francisco Waterfront
Look up in the sky when you hear the roaring of jet engines and head down to SF’s northern waterfront and for San Francisco’s annual Fleet Week airshow and festival which is back in 2022. Although there is a full week of events, the air show takes place October 7-9, 2022.

Beneficiaries of the event are the local schools and the services and programs of the Lafayette Chamber. Join for the 10k, 5k or the 2 mile run/walk for fun! Sprinters, walkers, the “stroller brigade” and many of Lafayette’s top four legged residents are welcome to join in the fun.
