Recently, I was captivated by the afternoon light as it glowed on these flowers... a mindful moment that still makes me smile. Local real estate continues to thrive, but there are a lot of tough things going on in the world right now. We see what we pay attention to, so this is a little reminder to be discerning about the input you let in your life - could be media or even toxic people. Look for the good and be well! |
Here is a look at our local market activity in Moraga and Lamorinda. |
Lamorinda Market Seasonality |
Lamorinda has seen offer-acceptance activity significantly higher this summer on a year-over-year basis (after the early spring plunge caused by the pandemic). This is also another indicator of high demand vs. low inventory. |

| LOOK FOR THE GOOD
Enjoy this upbeat song with a great message for our times. My husband and I have seen Jason Mraz at the Greek Theatre and Vina Robles Amphitheatre... super fun venue. Check it out when things open up again.
