Close to home... real estate continues to thrive and we are definitely still in a sellers' market here. There is an additional factor in the enormous year-over-year leap in median house sales price in Q3 2020: buyers are purchasing larger, more expensive homes.
In a typical year, the end of September often marks the start of a quieter market heading into the holidays. The number of new listings, as seen in the chart below, shows that we are still enjoying an active market and post-SIP recovery period.

ORINDA THEATER: FAMILY SCREENINGS
The theatre is available now for family rentals with a maximum of 25 people in the glorious historical 750 seat auditorium, plenty of room to social distance.
