I love this season of gratitude and hope that you were able to celebrate Thanksgiving with those you hold most dear. The end of the year is always a time for reflection and planning and I love the sentiment of this proverb. May we all let go of what no longer serves us and find joy in what we keep in our lives.

Alzheimer’s disease is most prevalent in women and research is proving that a large percentage of this devastating disease can be prevented through diet. Her website it’s a treasure trove of information and recipes… I highly recommend the broccoli soup with sumac!

Join the Town of Moraga for the annual lighting of the Holiday Tree at Moraga Commons Park. The event will be held on Thursday, December 2, 2021. Event begins at 6:30 pm. The tree is lit promptly at 7:00pm. Santa will be making a surprise visit! Cookies and cocoa will be served.
