Every year, I pick a "word of the year" as an intention for my focus as the year unfolds. Believe it or not, the word I wrote on my home office white board on January 1, 2020 was APPRECIATE. I did not write the message above, but when I saw it last week, it definitely resonated with me. As we close out November and my favorite holiday of the year, I'd love to wish you all a wonderful holiday season. For the first time in 16 years, I will not be having my annual client appreciation party during the first week of December (for obvious reasons!) and look forward to more social days ahead. As we head towards the end of 2020, my appreciation for my clients, friends, town, business, health and family has never been higher. Our normally slow winter season has been busier than usual and there are still more buyers than sellers for our local market. Here's a look at the numbers: |

This is 2019 data and it will be very interesting to see the 2020 data when it's available. The majority of my sellers this year are staying in California, but I did have sellers leave the state. |
