A true highlight of my month of May was teaching yoga again at St. Mary's College the week before their finals. Yoga is a passion of mine and pre-pandemic, I volunteered weekly at the St. Mary's College recreation center. The joy I felt being back with the students was incredibly energizing. I hope that our more open world is allowing you to practice and explore your passions, as well. This is also a plug to move your body... super helpful during stressful or busy times! And we all know that it's been busy on the Real Estate front.

22nd CHOCOLATE & CHALK FESTIVAL
Saturday, June 19th from 10 am - 4 pm
Shattuck Avenue, North Berkeley
The sidewalks along Shattuck and Cedar streets in North Berkeley
will feature areas of sidewalk assigned for you to create your own fanciful chalk drawings. The theme for this year is “Art Sparks Joy.” Families or groups may work together, artists may work alone, but everyone comes away with a sense of pride in their work for all to see (and chocolate!).
