Our Path Will Be Back in 2022 |
This picture is an artist's rendering of the Moraga path at Canyon Road adjacent to the currently under construction new Canyon bridge. After years of waiting, we now have approved plans for flood and erosion control and if all goes as planned, our path will be back (with an amazingly built retaining system) in 2022. Earlier this month, I had the pleasure of listening in on a Zoom presentation of the scope of work by EBMUD, the East Bay Regional Park District, the Town of Moraga and Moraga Country Club. In the entire Bay Area, the first 3 months of 2021 saw year-over-year, median home sale prices increases of 8% to 29% depending on county. The months-supply-of inventory level for single family homes is at its lowest point in 15 years, and the median days on market are at their lowest in at least 30 years. With inventory so low, we are seeing a consistent pattern of listings attracting multiple offers. |
