We have a tradition in our family where my husband, Dave, picks a photo from the year and turns it into a puzzle which he gifts us on Christmas. He puts all of the pieces in a baggie, so we don't know what we're making until it starts to come together. To prepare for this, we both have been scanning the 2023 photos in our phone over the past couple of days and have been enjoying the memories we made.
Without meaning it to be, it was an exercise in gratitude, with lots of laughs, and reminded us of the kinds of intentional time and experiences we want to bring into the new year. In that spirit of gratitude, I so value and appreciate the relationships I have built in our community and the trust garnered by my clients and friends over many years.
I wish you and yours joy over the holiday season and also wish that when you are experiencing a moment of joy, you'll know it!

This also features Corita Kent (1918-1986). I thoroughly enjoyed this exhibit last week.
