This past summer, I discovered my favorite to-go coffee cup and thought I would share :).
Each year, over 300 billion single-use cups are manufactured and due to the plastic content, 99% of them will never be recycled. That's why the European "ecoffee cup" was created and why I've customized this for clients and friends. This sustainable, reusable 12 oz. coffee cup is dishwasher safe and made from bamboo and silicone. If you would like a cup, let me know and I'll drop it on your porch.

By number of sales, Contra Costa is one of the big 3 counties in the Bay Area. With fewer than 800 property sales in the past 12 months, Lamorinda's market constitutes only a small percentage of those transactions, but its home prices are among its highest (along with a few affluent communities in nearby Diablo Valley).
If Lamorinda was a stand-alone county, its median home sales price would currently be about the same as San Mateo County.

Market dynamics throughout the Bay Area are often - but not always - separated by price segment and property details (such as bedroom count, as illustrated below) as much as by city location. Higher segments not unusually have somewhat softer supply and demand dynamics, though other factors are also at play.
