My seller client said this to me this morning and I feel it captures our current market quite well. Crazy continues. In most cases, we are still seeing multiple offers, but I will say that the big jump in interest rates has had a slightly moderating effect and we are seeing some homes, which were priced from previous highs, only getting one offer. I have also had appraisal issues for the first time in years. With financial market fluctuations (ouch!), it will be interesting to see how this plays out.

Campolindo came out on top, ranked No. 27 in the state and 221 nationally. Next was Miramonte at No. 39 in the state and 311 nationally. Acalanes came in at No. 90 in the state and 675 nationally.
More than 1600 California high schools are included in this year's ranking and more than 17,800 schools were evaluated nationwide.
